At ServiceMaster Manchester, we recently had the privilege of attending a prestigious awards event alongside our fellow ServiceMaster Clean Contract Services and Merry Maids UK partners. Held in Coventry, the Spring Forward gathering was a momentous occasion where businesses from across the UK came together to celebrate growth, achievements, and the spirit of excellence.
The day began with an enlightening conference, where we delved into various topics such as self-profiling, understanding our staff and customers better, building trust within our teams, nurturing the right mindset, and setting ambitious yet attainable goals. It was a day filled with valuable insights and strategies to propel us towards continued success.
Following the conference, we enjoyed an evening of jubilant celebrations( see video below). Amidst the festivities, we also had the opportunity to contribute to a worthy cause through a charity raffle in support of the Alzheimer's Society.
